Who We Are
Africa Community Projects (ACP) is an education and awareness non-profit organisation committed to protecting, caring for and supporting the development of children from disadvantaged communities.
Our journey began in 2001 with Mishelene’s Kiddy College, an informal home-based early childhood development facility, and led to the establishment of Africa Community Projects as an NPO in 2003.
Today, ACP Daycare provides early childhood development services for children under school-going age, supported by ACP365 Edutel and Edufarm facilities at the Belhar Multi-Purpose Centre. Together, these programmes combine care, education, technology and practical learning to address child underdevelopment and foster a culture of “each one teaches one.”
What We Do

Daycare
Provides protection, care and early childhood development for children from 3 months through to school readiness, supporting each stage of their early development.

Aftercare
Supports continued learning through interactive and peer-to-peer learning activities for children and youth after school hours.

WILcare
Provides work-integrated learning opportunities for students and unemployed youth, supporting peer-to-peer teaching and learning across Daycare and Aftercare through Edutel and Edufarm projects.
